Hot… again. Being that we’re in summer, we’re always looking for ways to keep the kids busy. One of the days, I had them draw their best version of Bart Simpson.
Impressive but it went by fast. We’re finding that we’re allowing a lot more TV time nowadays!
On our walks its always a treat for Russell to run into his girlfriend, Daisey.
We went to Puppy Bingo again on Wednesday. Its always fun to play bingo, hold puppies and eat at TXBG!
Siju and I have been working on Season 3 of our podcast. This season, we’re actually interviewing other people! For one of the episodes we got access to an actual podcast studio! Set up took a little bit, but still very fun to do! I think building out my own studio should be on my vision board.
On Friday, we checked out Silom Station. Its a Thai Restaurant and was pretty great!
Whenever we have to leave Russell behind, the kids try to make him feel better by showing some love
Saturday we went to Rob and Amber’s house for Orin’s birthday party! Its been a while since we’ve seen them so it was great to hang out! Plus the kids had a blast!
Sunday we went to Luby’s for lunch with the family to celebrate Jolly’s birthday!
What I learned
This week I learned that I really want a pool! I’m not even a big swimmer, but whenever summer rolls around I realize how handy it would be to step into my backyard and cool off. In pricing a pool it seems like buying a house with a pool already there is the better option! In this market a new house might be a long shot, but I’ll keep my eyes open!
