It’s been a while since I’ve last written on the blog, so obviously, a ton of new things have happened. Sheena and I have purchased a new home in the Missouri City area, we’ve got a tenant in the old house, a lot of our friends are pregnant or just had their baby and some other friends are getting married.
It makes you think about how quickly life happens. I honestly feel that it was just the other day when Sheena and I had gotten married. On March 8th, 2010, we celebrated 2 years of being married… Although that’s still relatively “new” as a marriage, I still feel that it’s something big! So with this new awakening as to how time flies, I’m trying now to make the most of my time now. I have always been a big advocate of utilizing your time wisely, but lately I’ve been pretty lazy and not being as productive as I used to be. I wonder why that is, but can’t really pinpoint to anything in particular. So rather than wasting time thinking of what’s stopping me, I figure I’d use that time to seize the day!
A new craze for me now is to edit very short films, just for fun. I’m still busy with work, school, being married, the new house, the rental house and all that jazz, but I think it’s necessary to be occupied with fun hobbies to keep life interesting. Hopefully in the near future you’ll see some short videos that I’ll make and post on here. Until then, a good day to you!
